If you are a practioner at a HEI you can apply for registration by completing the form below. Please note that all applications are verified by the webmaster, after applying you will remain pending until the webmaster verifies and approves your application. The approval process should not take longer than 24 hours - if you have not heard back or need to excelerate the process then please contact the webmaster.
