The National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) provides a system to compare qualifications, and to ensure that they are quality assured and recognised at home and abroad. Access Higher Education recognises the importance of transfer and progression systems that will facilitate fluid transfer within and amongst HEI’s at all levels of learning.
